A bit about us
We have worked together for many years across a wide range of projects and from that shared experience Genergy was born. Over the past year, our conversations with each other and senior colleagues kept returning to a common theme: for many people, mid to late career can be a time of significant transition. Crossroads moments often bring both possibility and uncertainty, prompting important questions about identity, direction and what comes next. Genergy was created to meet that moment.
Dame Jackie has developed frameworks, insights and practical approaches to support senior leaders navigating change, transition and reinvention. Kate brings specialist expertise in personal brand strategy and presence, helping people find clarity, build confidence and articulate who they are with conviction. Together we combine leadership insight and brand expertise to help people shape their next chapter with greater confidence, purpose and energy.
