The Genergy Day is a carefully curated day for experienced, ambitious people who want to keep growing, flourishing and making more of everything they have accumulated over a lifetime of work and life.

There comes a point when the questions we ask ourselves begin to change. It is no longer simply about what we can achieve, but about what matters to us now, what we want more of, where we create the most value and what might still be possible. A successful career gives us far more than a CV. Over time, we accumulate experience, judgement, relationships, knowledge, confidence and influence, but we rarely create the space to step back, look at all of it together and consider what we want to do with it now.

The Genergy Day creates that space. At the heart of the day is the Genergy Compass, our framework for exploring the different dimensions that enable us to continue growing and flourishing throughout a long career and life. Together, we’ll explore identity and purpose, energy, visibility and influence, relationships, contribution and the choices we make about how we want to live and work.

Alongside the Compass, we’ll introduce a collection of practical, evidence-informed Genergy Strategies designed to help turn insight into action. Drawing on ideas around identity beyond role, values, curiosity, possible selves and experimentation, we’ll also explore energy and renewal, relationships and your personal boardroom, visibility and agency, contribution, generativity and the impact you want to have.

The purpose isn’t to try to solve everything in a day. It is to help you take stock, open up possibilities and discover where your attention matters most now. You’ll identify the strategies that could make the greatest difference to you and begin to translate them into practical action.

What does “more” mean to you?

Genergy isn't about endlessly striving for the next achievement. More might mean greater creativity, freedom, contribution, adventure or influence. It could mean learning, connection, space or fun. It might mean starting something, changing something, rediscovering something you've lost along the way, or finding the confidence to pursue an idea that's been quietly sitting in the background. And sometimes, it might mean deliberately choosing less.

There is no single definition of what a successful next phase should look like. The important thing is having the space, curiosity and confidence to decide what you want yours to contain.

What you’ll take away

By the end of the day, you’ll have created your own Genergy Compass, giving you a clearer picture of where you are now and where you may want to put your attention. You’ll have explored what matters most to you, where your experience and strengths create the greatest value, what gives and drains your energy, and some of the possibilities you may not previously have considered.

You’ll also think about the relationships and people you need around you, identify your three priority Genergy Strategies, and create a practical 90-day experiment to begin turning your thinking into action.

Most importantly, we hope you’ll leave with greater clarity about what you want more — and perhaps less — of, together with a renewed sense of possibility about what the years ahead could contain.

Why Jackie and Kate?

Dame Jackie Daniel brings decades of senior leadership experience together with the personal insight gained from creating a different phase of her own life and career. Through stories, reflection, evidence and practical wisdom, Jackie helps people explore what it means to continue growing, contributing and flourishing when experience has given you more choices, not fewer.

Kate Eady brings more than three decades of experience working alongside founders, business owners and senior leaders, helping people recognise what makes them distinctive, see possibilities differently and turn ideas into something meaningful and real. She combines commercial and creative thinking with her own experience of reinvention, experimentation and building something new.

Together, Jackie and Kate create a thoughtful, challenging and highly participative environment where ideas are explored openly, assumptions can be challenged and experience is shared generously. Genergy is built on the belief that some of the greatest expertise is already in the room, so an important part of the day is also the opportunity to learn from the perspectives, experience and generosity of an exceptional group of peers.

There is more in you.

The question is not whether you have more to give, learn, create or experience. It’s what you want to do with it.
